Wappingers Wellness Presents: Meet the Author Event
Friday, March 27th, 2026 | 5:30 PM
Norma’s Wappingers
Mark your calendars, friends. We are honored to welcome Dr. Kristy Vanacore to Wappingers for a very special evening at Norma’s. Dr. Kristy is a clinical psychologist, somatic practitioner, author, and medicine woman who has spent nearly three decades helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and reclaim their sovereignty. She’ll be sharing insights from her powerful new book, Rewilding: A Woman’s Quest to Remember Her Roots, Rekindle Her Instincts, & Reclaim Her Sovereignty. In a world where women are taught to override their bodies, push through exhaustion, and call burnout “normal,” this conversation is an invitation back to yourself. Together we’ll explore: ✨ Why so many high-functioning women feel anxious, exhausted, or disconnected ✨ Why the body is not the problem — it’s the portal to healing ✨ How reclaiming your instincts can restore vitality and resilience ✨ Why women have always healed best in circles Dr. Kristy will guide us through a gentle practice and share stories from her own powerful journey of healing and transformation. Books will also be available for purchase and signing. This is a free community event and all women are welcome.
