This 2-hour, hands-on class is designed to help women feel more grounded, prepared, and confident, not fearful. You’ll learn how to recognize potential threats, trust your intuition, and respond effectively if a situation ever arises. This is about empowerment, not panic. Strength, not intimidation. She has been practicing for 33 years and teaching at Freedom Tae Kwon Do for almost 20 years. Tae Kwon Do has been vital to the development of her self-esteem and confidence, physical abilities, and mental wellness. This workshop is offered with care, respect, and sensitivity.
