Meet Our Executive Board
Cindy Latino - President
Cindy Latino is the founder and former owner of Neighborhood Daycare Services. After selling the business and retiring in 2017, she was lured out of retirement in 2019 and currently works as the Village of Wappingers Falls summer camp director. She also helps to direct the Village Recreation Department. Cindy is an active community leader in the Wappingers area. She is an original member of the WFPBA and served as Corporate Secretary from 1993 -2014. She has coordinated the Association’s Village banner program and the campaign to updated and refurbish the Christmas wreathes. She coordinates various joint projects in the Village of Wappingers Falls and the WFBPA. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls and has been recognized with the Club’s “Service Above Self” award several times. She has also been named Rotarian of the Year in 2013 and 2015.
Roger D'Aquino - Vice President
Roger D’Aquino has been managing his own accounting & bookkeeping firm, D’Aquino Enterprises, for the past 15 years. He has served as Financial Director for The Hudson River Sloop Clearwater for 10 years. Prior employment includes serving as controller for two of the largest engineering firms in the Hudson Valley, as well as teaching instrumental music in public schools for 9 years. His executive board experience includes a stint on the board of County Players, current Treasurer for the Marist CLS program, and three years sitting on the Wappingers School Board. When not working he can be found in the pits of the Hudson Valley playing his sax, clarinet, and flute or swinging with The Big Band Sound Orchestra.
Richard Swanson - Treasurer
Rich Swanson is the Assistant Executive Director of Operations for Greystone Programs, Inc. For over 30 years, Rich has been involved with all facets of the company from Finance, Informational Technology, Marketing, Development, Training and, most recently, Programs and Services. Rich has an MBA from Western Connecticut State University and resides in Dutchess County with his wife, Marie.
