Jackie Muller - President

Jackie Muller is a licensed clinical social worker for 25+ years.  She is the Owner/ and Clinical Director of Dynamic Interventions Wellness Solutions, Hudson Valley Family Counseling located in the Village of Wappingers Falls. Jackie is also an active member of her professional organization, the National Association for Social Workers and sits on their Executive board as well as being current Hudson Valley Division Director. Jackie has also been in BNI as a chapter Director and is an active member of the training team in the Hudson Valley BNI Region.  Her passion is all things fiber Arts and you are more than likely to see her around time knitting or teaching people how.  True to her background in social work, Jackie strives to be a connector of people and their passions or services.

Carolyn Jandrew - Vice President

Carolyn Jandrew has been proudly working as a local Business Advisor & Marketing Consultant in the Hudson Valley for Thryv for over 20 years. Shortly after graduating from Marist College with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Carolyn found a job that allowed her to remain involved in her community working with local small business owners. “At Thryv we help small business owners with their online reputation, marketing strategies and software automation tools, so they can focus on what they love; running their business.”  Carolyn has received Customer Experience awards locally as well as in the Hudson valley. Her and her husband along with their two pugs live in Wappingers Falls. Feel free to reach out to Carolyn for a consultation about locally focused small business growth strategies anytime.

Richard Swanson - Treasurer

Rich Swanson is the Assistant Executive Director of Operations for Greystone Programs, Inc.  For over 30 years, Rich has been involved with all facets of the company from Finance, Informational Technology, Marketing, Development, Training and, most recently, Programs and Services.  Rich has an MBA from Western Connecticut State University and resides in Dutchess County with his wife, Marie.

Vanessa Goodwin - Secretary

Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS), Certified Sommelier, Vanessa Goodwin has been in the Hospitality industry for over twenty years. Humble beginnings as a major restaurant chain host, allowed Vanessa to experience the inner workings of the service industry. Immediately enamored, Vanessa began learning and growing her passion for precise beverage creation and pairings. Along the path to her Advanced CMS distinction, she has become the proud owner of The Coupe Champagne Bar. Coupe is known for its over-the-top feminine décor and the friendly yet knowledgeable wine-focused environment. Vanessa is hoping to ignite and deepen wine passion and education in the Hudson Valley. Vanessa Goodwin passionately believes in supporting local businesses and serving the local community, as a result, Coupe takes part in donating to local charities. Vanessa lives in the Village of Wappingers and looks forward to contributing as the WFBPA Secretary.

Cindy Latino - Board Member and Special Events Committee Chair

Cindy Latino is the founder and former owner of Neighborhood Daycare Services. After selling the business and retiring in 2017, Cindy is still an active community leader in the Wappingers area. She is an original member of the WFPBA and served as Corporate Secretary from 1993 -2014 and President from 2016 - 2022. She managed the Association’s Village banner program and the campaign to updated and refurbish the Christmas wreathes. She currently chairs the Festival at the Falls committee. She coordinates various joint projects in the Village of Wappingers Falls and the WFBPA. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls and has been recognized with the Club’s “Service Above Self” award several times. She has also been named Rotarian of the Year in 2013, 2015 and 2022. Cindy currently works as a part time teller at the Wells Fargo branch in Wappingers Falls.

Roger D'Aquino -Board Member 

Roger D’Aquino has been managing his own accounting & bookkeeping firm, D’Aquino Enterprises, for the past 15 years. He has served as Financial Director for The Hudson River Sloop Clearwater for 10 years.  Prior employment includes serving as controller for two of the largest engineering firms in the Hudson Valley, as well as teaching instrumental music in public schools for 9 years.  His executive experience includes 15 years on the Board of County Players and current treasurer for the Marist  CLS program and the Arts Mid-Hudson organization. He has also served a three year stint on the board of Wappingers School District.   When not working he can be found in the pits of the Hudson Valley playing his sax, clarinet, and flute or swinging with The Big Band Sound Orchestra.

Rosemarie Haines -Board Member 

Rosemarie Haines is proud to be a native of the village of Wappingers Falls. Rose attended St. Mary’s Elementary School, Roy C. Ketcham High School and received her NYS Cosmetology license through the Dutchess County BOCES program.
She is the past owner of both Dazzles Salon & Day Spa of Fishkill, established in 1989 and Dazzles Salon Outpost, established in 2010 the village of Wappingers Falls. Dazzles Salon & Day Spa was humbled to be recognized 3x’s as one of “The Salon Today 200” award recipients, given yearly to America’s top 200 salons nationwide. Both locations earned claim to Goldwell Ambassador Salons and Paul Mitchell Signature Salons status achieved through education and dedication to the visions and philosophy of said brands.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and learning to cook heathier alternatives to her Italian pasta dishes. She is a member of the New Hamburg Yacht Club, Ladies Auxiliary and enjoys downtime gazing at the Hudson River.

Liliam Abril -Board Member 

Liliam Abril is owner of Abuela Paty Creationes, located in our beautiful Village of Wappingers falls.  Liliam has been a Dutchess County resident for over 30 years, and together with her husband has raised her three children in Wappingers.  Liliam now has one grandson and a granddaughter on the way.  Liliam has over 25 years of retail & customer service experience. Liliam is excited to be a part of this wonderful group of professionals with the same vision of making our village a number one destination for shopping and dining.  Liliam has a passion for breaking down barriers and building and creating connections for all the businesses both in the local and surrounding areas of Dutchess County. 

Rita Ansbro -Board Member 

Rita Ansbro is the Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President at Tompkins Community Bank.  With over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services she has been primarily based in Westchester County since she joined Tompkins in 2007. In January 2021, Rita moved into her current role in the Wappingers Branch. As a proud longtime resident of Dutchess County, where she raised her two children, she is thrilled to be able to work in the community she calls home and to help small businesses and consumers with their financial needs. Rita is a member of the Dutchess Chamber of Commerce, and a 2021 graduate of Leadership Dutchess.
